How to read this
A link means our service note for that tool names the cloud as something it relies on. It does not mean every cloud problem breaks the tool. A cloud incident in one region often leaves other regions untouched, so check the region named on the cloud's status page against where your account is hosted.
Each service page lists its own upstream note. See also regions.
FAQ
- If AWS has an outage, will Slack or Zoom go down too?
- Not always. Our notes link both to AWS, but a regional AWS problem often affects only some customers. Check the tool's own status page as well as the cloud's.
- Where do these links come from?
- From the upstream note on each of our service pages. They are not a full map of every supplier a vendor uses.
