If Jira Cloud 500s, stop refreshing every two seconds — you will only make it worse. Use the mobile app or a second site if you have one. Server/DC customers: this page is about Cloud. Your outage is your own cluster.

How to read the board
- Jira Software / Jira Service Management / Confluence are separate components. Say the product name in the incident channel.
- 500s while you hammer refresh. Stop. You are adding load. Use the mobile app or a second site if you have one.
- One project empty, the rest fine. Permissions, a filter, or an app. Not Cloud-wide.
- AWS us-east-1 wobbling. Atlassian Cloud sits on AWS. Check AWS but wait for Atlassian to post before you declare a migration.

Automation, apps, and migration weekends
Jira Automation hitting limits, a marketplace app throwing 500s, and a weekend Cloud migration all look like "Jira is down" in Slack. Check the official component, then the app vendor, then your last change. Self-managed customers should stop refreshing this page; it will not see their cluster.
