A public status desk for the tools companies actually run.

This site is run by Harry, an IT support engineer with more than fifteen years on the tools: Slack, Coinbase, and a UK MSP that lives on Microsoft 365, Sage, Xero and the Friday-afternoon "is it down or is it you?" ticket.

The pages are written the way that desk talks. Four questions, not one: is it down, is it a known bug with a date, what do you do in the meantime, and is AWS / Azure / GCP / Cloudflare or a maintenance window involved — including the region or Okta cell when the vendor published one.

It is not Downdetector. We do not graph user reports. It is not a paid MSP status product. It is a public, free, ad-funded lookup. When a vendor hides their machine-readable feed, we say so and send you to their official page.
