Feed reliability
Each service page is only as current as the vendor feed behind it. We refresh those feeds about every five minutes. A feed can be late, regional, or silent about your tenant. When a fetch fails we keep the last saved snapshot if we have one, say the feed could not be read, and link the official page. We do not fill the gap with Operational.
Some vendors do not publish history in the payload we read. Those pages say so. A blank day on the 30-day bar means the feed did not name an incident, not that we checked the service was up all day.
