If the register will not pair and issquareup.com is green, it is the hub, Bluetooth, or the account's device limit. Take a payment on the phone app. Do not factory-reset a fleet of terminals until you have checked the official board.

Shop-floor wording
- Reader not connected. Power, Bluetooth, and whether the tablet is still on the shop SSID.
- Couldn't complete payment while the phone app on LTE works. Counter Wi-Fi or a captive portal that expired at 2pm.
