Cloudflare One Clients are incorrectly challenged on some sites
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Vendor note -
Incorrect geo location for some Cloudflare WARP users
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
Vendor note
3. Plain-English workaround
From experience
If one country cannot load a site and Cloudflare is naming a PoP there, try a second resolver or wait — flipping orange-cloud off mid-incident usually makes it worse. Dashboard vs data plane are different.
4. Upstream or scheduled?
Vendors do not publish one shared dependency map. This list is the upstream tools we watch with this service.
No upstream SaaS listed. This is a root provider on our map.

A London PoP is not "the internet is down"
We read cloudflarestatus.com for status, open incidents and upcoming maintenance. Incidents name products (Workers, DNS, Dashboard, CDN, WARP) and sometimes city PoPs (AMS, LHR, SJC). Dashboard vs data plane fail separately. Flipping orange-cloud off mid-incident usually makes a bad day worse.
What operators actually mix up
- One country cannot load your site, Cloudflare names that PoP. Wait or try a second resolver. Your origin may be healthy.
- Workers Builds failing, CDN fine. Quote the product. Developers and customers are having different days.
- Error 104x / 52x in the browser. Those are Cloudflare edge codes about your origin or SSL, not always a Cloudflare outage. 530/52x on our URL checker means we could not reach the host.
- Dashboard login broken, sites still served. Data plane can be up. Check the component list.
Official status: cloudflarestatus.com. Dashboard: dash.cloudflare.com.
Orange-cloud, grey-cloud, and origin 52x
Grey-cloud (DNS only) means Cloudflare is not proxying. An origin 502 in that mode is your server. Orange-cloud 52x/104x codes are Cloudflare talking about your origin or SSL. A named Cloudflare CDN/PoP incident is the one that belongs here. Workers and Pages have their own rows — a failed deploy is not the CDN.
Official status: cloudflarestatus.com. Dashboard login can fail while cached sites still serve. Say which plane you mean.
